Market Square Modernization

Local 373

Project By

Pittsburgh

Location

April 1, 2026

Completion Date

Market Square Modernization is a $15 million reinvestment in one of the region’s signature public spaces, and LIUNA Local 373 Laborers are powering it with a trained, safety-first workforce. From site prep and utilities to concrete, hardscape, and public-realm upgrades, our crews are keeping the job on schedule and to spec while enforcing the contract and prevailing-wage standards. When complete, the modernized square will be more vibrant, accessible, and connected—a civic center that supports small businesses, welcomes residents and visitors, and serves the community for decades to come.
